 We guarantee our puppies for one year for hip and elbow dysphasia and life threaten genetics defects and therefore are not covered: umbilical hernia, undescended testicle, The buyer must take the dog to a veterinarian for a complete physical examination within 48 hours of receiving the puppy. The cost of the examination will be paid by the buyer. The seller must be notified immediately of the results of the examination. If the veterinarian finds the dog to be a poor health risk or detects any physical health problems that would require further veterinary care, the buyer must notify the seller IMMEDIATELY. A report of the results from the veterinarian must be faxed to the seller within 24 hours. The seller's veterinarian will verify the results. We do not guarantee against Parvo, Corona, Coccidiosis or Giardia after 48 hours of purchase. If you have a problem, we require a copy of a vet exam and explanation sheet. We also have the option of a second opinion. We will replace the pup  from a different litter if you find the pup/dog to have any of the problems mentioned above (life threaten genetic defects) the said pup/dog must be returned to use at buyers expense or if buyer decides to keep the pup/dog and have him/her fixed we will allow another pup to be puchased at half price. This contract is to the original purchaser only and non-transferable.

We do not give cash refunds at all, and we do not pay your vet bill under any circumstances. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer unless arrangements have been made or approved prior to treatment. Failure to do this will cause this contract to be null & void. If you believe your dog is sick within the first 48 hours and you return the puppy to us, we will return the puppy to you well or replace the puppy. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will furnish a copy of the sire and dams registration papers along with the registration paper for the puppy. We will also furnish a complete shot record and medication sheet for any medicine or shots given to your puppy. We are not responsible for any person or animal bitten or hurt by the animals we sell. The training and behavior of animals after we sell and transfer ownership, is the responsibility of the new owner.

If the pup/dog is breed within the contract period it will void any and all of the contract agreements.  These dogs are not very good in extreme heat the pup/dog should have shade and water at all times breeder is not responsible if the pup/dog dies from a heat stroke. We recommend keeping pup/dog in AC house when temp. is above 100 degrees.

IF PUPPY NEEDS REPLACED AND YOU WANT A PUPPY THAT COST MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAID THEN YOU MUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
